Often, I’m asked what makes our company service any different from others. My answer to this has always been, to many people, obvious and simple. But for the last 25 years that I’ve been in this industry, I’ve worked hard to keep it obvious and simple for all my customers; to provide quality service and satisfaction. It really is easier said than done.
We’re not perfect. But to ensure we talk and walk our value we regularly schedule trainings company wide.
